Help > Help Overview
To get help with a feature, hold shift & click F1 on the relevant view.
The mouse pointer will then change to include a question mark and clicking this on the section of the view that needs clarification will open a contextual tooltip and a link to the relevant help section of the Golden Cheetah Wiki.
