Signing up and completing your Profile settings
When you sign up you are offered a free account and this includes a 14 day premium trial. Enter your personal details and choose your primary sporting discipline.

Once you have created your account you are transferred to the Home view.
The first thing to do is click on the anonymous avatar/your name top left to enter the account settings view which you should complete fully before you do anything else.

These are self explanatory, don’t forget a great avatar and if you have a coach then enter his email here.
Zones are very important. You should leave the default settings if you don’t know how to personalize them.
If you want to change the values, then you can manually edit them or make individual changes to values and methodologies and let Training Peaks re-calculate the other values for you.
Enter your daily calorie goal.
You can add your Bikes and Shoes here.
